JOB DESCRIPTION: Coordinates, documents and delivers training programs in a manufacturing facility. Partners with manufacturing leadership to accurately document standard processes that support safety, quality and overall individual and facility performance. Regularly collaborates with leadership to assess gaps in these areas and adjust training offerings as needed. Works with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure all training documents meet the requirements of the task and location. Supports a learning environment by partnering with Continuous Improvement and driving results reflected in key Operational metrics.
