Food & Beverage - Catering & Special Events Associate - (Sandusky, OH)

Overview Associates are responsible for event set-up, clean-up and some food preparation for all catering and special event requests. In this position you will provide guest service according to Cedar Fair standards to all Group Sales Clients and Special Event guests, operate cash register, credit card reader and ticket scanners while providing quality service in a clean, safe atmosphere.Requirements Min fourteen years of age Mandatory completion of Basic Food Safety & Sanitation Training as provided. Demonstrate the expertise to work with park guests, associates and supervision in a positive, productive and professional manner. Work collaboratively in a team setting and independently. Expertise to complete daily tasks without constant supervision. Expertise to comply with all company, divisional and state laws in regard to minor labor laws. Expertise to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs.
