Job details Our client, a large Property and Casualty Insurance broker and Master Agent for the largest group of independent agents in the country, is hiring a Sales and Recruiting Associate to join their team. This is a direct hire, full:time opportunity. The Sales and Recruiting Associate is pivotal in achieving ambitious growth goals within their territory in the Western half of Ohio. This role works in Cincinnati office 2 days a week and is on road 3 days of the week. Very few overnight trips are required. The selected applicant will help grow the existing network of independent insurance agents and agencies through recruiting and appointment of new members, as well as working with existing members to grow their premium volume. Assignments include: :development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy, resulting in the recruitment of new affiliated members. :developing, reviewing and analyzing info on prospects in order to assess suitability for membership.
