Job overview General Manager Reports To: Area Manager Position Profile The General Manager is the culture leader in the Sky Zone Park, ensuring the team has the knowledge and resources needed to maintain focus on the Sky Zone cores values. This position oversees all Manager:On:Duty and day:to:day operational functions as well as manages all programs, promotions, and business development activities. The General Manager is also responsible for developing and implementing processes, ensuring a safe and functional operating environment for the team and Guests, and consistently working to improve the Delivery of WoW Guest Experiences and operational efficiency. The General Manager leads the management team, providing coaching and development opportunities to Teammates at all levels. Also, this position is responsible for budget preparation and management, fund expenditures, developing strategic marketing and sales initiatives, as well as invoice, supplies, and vendor requirements.
