General Manager - (Port Arthur, TX)

Job details The successful applicant will have a min three years of restaurant background along with a min of 2yrs in a supervisory capacity. This is a position that requires the employee to train into. Basically hire in at the bottom, learn all positions, and you will progress as your capabilities allow. The GM and the Assistant GM positions are currently open, so it is possible to begin advancement immediately, and develop to GM in a few months or could take longer, depending on your background. Required: Clean Criminal History, No Drug or alcohol issues, (drug testing required) good reliable transportation, available at all times, no health issues hindering job performance, terrific personality, marketing expertise with the willingness to travel locally to promote the business, reliability, and most of all HONESTY. This job will begin straight hourly, but will progress into a salary plus incentive bonuses. Once the mangers level is reached with revenue back as expected, this position should provide 60K+.
