General Manager - (Desert Hot Springs, CA)

Job summary We are looking for an ambitious General Manager who will take overall responsibility for all administrative and manufacturing functions in our 50 employee cannabis company. In this position, you will set policies, operated the facility, create and maintain budgets. You will also be expected to coordinate teammates, and supervise and lead managers by example. General Manager Position duties: :Increases managements effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining managers; communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; developing incentives; developing a climate for offering info and opinions; providing educational opportunities. :Develops strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities; presenting assumptions; recommending objectives.
