Position overview Job Description Description: :Participate in the production of bi:weekly US and Canadian payrolls for MilliporeSigma, EMD Serono, EMD Serono Research Institute, MilliporeSigma and ESSA using ADP EV5 software, ADP eTime and ADP paywork. :Population is approx 10,000 employees including ex:patriot population. :Pay employees in 40+ states, 3+ provinces with 10+ locations. :Pay approx 125 employees in 2 unions. :Enter and review payroll changes for taxes, direct deposit, pay levels and benefit deductions. Responsibilities for payroll production include :Accurate data entry into payroll systems :Quality control of data accuracy against source documents :Execution and enforcement of establish company pay policies and practice :Adherence to established pre and post payroll policies and procedures as documented :Compliance with all Federal and State/Provincial payroll rules and regulations :Ensure the accuracy and completeness of each payroll production :Produce accurate calculations for all payroll
