Assignments include Payroll and Benefits : Assist in management staff on:boarding needs: Email, phone, server set:up, etc. : Collect and review all new hire paperwork for accuracy and completion : New employee entry into accounting database and 3rd:party payroll administration website : Management and field staff payroll data entry : Benefits eligibility tracking for Health and 401K : Enroll eligible employees in Health and 401K plans : Track and administer 401k employee and company matching contributions : Administer open enrollments : ACA compliance and reporting : Enter, track and notify employees of garnishments and misc.
