Human Resources Director - (Salt Lake City, UT)

Job summary Position Outcomes/Responsibilities: Implement and oversee the company culture, values, and policies. Develop strategies to recruit candidates who are qualified, including in:store and college recruiting events. Advocate for employee retention and development and conduct training programs. Maximize opportunities for positive employee engagement. Develop and lead retail employee career growth plans and track improvements in retention. Plan and administer a benefits plan that recognizes performance and reduces turnover. Proactively provide consultation and resolve employee relations issues and problems. Oversee the management and day:to:day administration of benefit plans. Prepare the annual human resources budget and annual HR plan. Interpret or develop policies as needed and ensure their consistent application. Prepare reports to assist management in making informed decisions about HR matters. Offer timely, accurate, and friendly responses to all employee, management and external requests for info.
