HRIS Analyst - (Gainesville, FL)

The Human Resources Department is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst who will support the HR Analytics Specialist with extracting data from the HR/Payroll system for myriad of customers throughout the organization. Typical work duties include: Creating and maintaining position control in the HR/Payroll system; updating compensation packages; generating monthly and quarterly reports; auditing the HR/Payroll system to ensure data integrity, and providing back:up support to the Compensation Assistant. The HRIS Analyst will also be involved in processing employee changes each bi:weekly compensation period; ad hoc reporting and responding to public records requests.
