Business/Systems Analyst; local to Wilmington ( W2) - (Wilmington, DE)

Business Systems Analyst Leading business partners to elicit and define business project scope, business qualifications and workflows as related to assigned projects or new intake items. The successful applicant in this position will have global work background and a desire to work in a culturally diverse organization. This position will report into the business and is not an IT BusinessSystems Analyst position. Main DutiesResponsibilities Working alongside the IT BSA, document business process qualifications and business process flows as related to assigned process development or process improvement projects. Engage with business leads to understand new project scope, create scope statements and high-level scope qualifications as required for the portfolio and project intake process. Build an extensive knowledge of the business operation in order to analyse current work procedures and practices.
