Salesforce Declarative Developer - (Virginia Beach, VA)

Position description Seeking a Salesforce Declarative Developer to join a team of IT professionals. This position is responsible for developing solutions in support of global Salesforce CRM initiatives supporting donor management, fundraising and humanitarian activities around the world. This individual will take a primarily declarative approach to developing solutions in Salesforce to support international locations, and will participate in planning and development in all areas of Salesforce including solution design, screen and workflow configuration, 3rd:party app selection and configuration, security modelling, and general system support in a multi:org, declarative enterprise. This individual will be a catalyst for change and provide development recommendations and guidance to corporate headquarters and international field offices to ensure that provided solutions are implemented, supported, and maintained throughout the SDLC life cycle.
