Accounting Associate - Prismview Accounting Associate This Accounting Associate is responsible for carrying out many of the organization’s accounting and administrative functions, which include accounts payable, accounts receivable, contract administration, managerial accounting and job cost accounting. Job Function: Carry out the organization’s accounting and administrative functions, which include accounts payable, accounts receivable, contract administration, managerial accounting and job cost accounting. Responsibilities: Reconcile customer accounts and ensure correct coding Prepare new invoices, correct Work in Process (WIP) reports, verify for proper approvals, and mail invoices to clients Resolve billing discrepancies Work with customers to resolve any collection issues Assist in development and implementation of procedures to improve accounts receivable collection procedures Update and maintain customer balances on a continual basis Answer all customer inquiries regarding receivable accounts
