Leasing Consultant: Part Time - (Columbus, OH)

Job details We are seeking a dependable and enthusiastic applicant to fill a Part-time Leasing Consultant position for an apartment community located in Columbus, Ohio at a 162 unity Community. Assignments include but are not limited to: : Answering phones, greeting potential clients and showing model apartments. : Fielding general questions regarding rental units and property features. : Assisting potential clients in completing rental applications and lease agreements. : Miscellaneous clerical duties as required. Qualifications: The perfect applicant has a positive attitude and professional demeanor. Excellent sales and marketing abilities are necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft office suite applications is a must, at least a basic skill level, intermediate level preferred. Outstanding communication and management skills are required. Applicants must have at least two years of background in leasing apartments. Applicants must have a current drivers license. Applicants must be able to work on Saturdays.
