Position summary We are looking for a person that has effective communication expertise and naturally connects with others. Possess a track record of building and maintaining relationships. Must have strong technology skills and enjoy training and helping people. Duties to include tech training and on boarding new agents. Connect agents with the resources they need to ensure a growing and vibrant business. The Agent Services position is the point of contact for all agents and market center needs. They assist the Market Center in design and implementation of marketing, CRM management and recruiting efforts. The Agent Service Coordinator leads the marketing and technology initiatives of the market center. They plan and drive attendance to cutting edge technology training events and implement systems that ensure our associates are leaning into the tech resources available to them.
