Senior Java Architect - (Albany, NY)

Position overview Clientrsquos software is written with Java, utilizing Spring five Framework, a very heavy dose of JavaScript and UI moving towards Angular. Redesigning code to smaller bases with Microservices and REST APIs. Other technologies are in play for rules management, DROOLS, and BPM workflow, Activity. You will set the strategic direction and define the principles that shape our software engineering and technology adoption practices. We are looking for people who want to make an impact to the project. Roles and Duties Analyze ndash Perform architectural analysis and design for systems spanning the NYSOH Exchange portfolio Collaborate - Partner with various business stakeholders and technology leaders to translate program qualifications into technical solutions and system designs Collaborate closely with other members of the technology teams, including architects, SME's and technical leads, to evaluate solutions and gain consensus on technical direction Design ndash Document and communicate designs
