Scientist, Downstream Process Development - Vaccine Manufacturing - Durham - (Durham, NH)

Seeking individual with experience building, testing, characterizing, and optimizing protein purification and production processes for vaccine manufacturing. Shall: *** Develop, test, optimize, and scale up affinity, ion exchange, hydrophobic interaction, and other relevant chromatography processes. *** Optimize and scale up depth filtration, sterile filtration, ultrafiltration (UF), and diafiltration (DF) processes. *** Utilize Quality by Design (QbD) principles to define process specifications, parameters, ranges, and strategies. *** Characterize and validate GMP processes. *** Support tech transfer from process development to manufacturing. *** Participate in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, audits, and investigations; support change controls and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). *** Author protocols, technical reports, data analysis summaries, and SOPs.
