Handyman Wanted - Wall Air Conditioner Installation ( First Floor) And Air - (Chicago, IL)

I have a wall aircondioner that needs to be installed on the 1st floor and a 2nd floor wall a/c that needs to be caulked. It is leaking on my wood.
