Executive Assistant - Office of General Counsel - (Los Angeles, CA)

The Executive Assistant provides the highest level of executive support and serves as the primary contact for CHLA senior executives (i.e., VPs and SVPs). The executive assistant not only understands the executive?s line of business, clients and team, but also is empowered to execute decisions on behalf of the executive and represents and supports the executive in client and non-client activities, often acting as a liaison between the executive and their organization or clients. The executive assistant completes high-quality work to meet established goals, independently, with a large degree of autonomy and little supervision. In addition to having a good understanding of the executive?s organization, a successful applicant should possess the competence, initiative and business acumen necessary to support the executive at the most effective level. Min Education: Min of high-school diploma. Bachelor?s preferred.
