Sales Manager - (Omaha, NE)
We're currently seeking a Sales Manager for our B2B team who is an analytical thinker and effective problem solver. The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing a team of sales account managers to ensure partner program growth. The Sales Manager should lead his/her team, successfully mentoring the team to grow an established book of business through partnerships and maximizing sales potential of the B2B partners. This hands-on manager should be heavily invested in coaching the team, and needs to be results-oriented, organized and committed to flawless execution. Additional responsibilities include oversight of the Customer Background team to ensure customer satisfaction for all customers across the omni-channel sales platforms. Essential responsibilities: -Managing a team of Inside Sales & Client Success Representatives that contact partners through, but not limited to, phone calls, email, newsletters, etc.
