The call center representative handles incoming calls from patients, books appointments, send messages out to clinic, using PC systems, following guidelines from each Medical Department. Must be able to multi-task, work in a high volume environment, utilizing superior customer service skills to prove service to patients. Top Daily Responsibilities: Answering an average of 100 calls per day Scheduling of appointments Creating and routing messages in the Epic EMR system Skills: Intermediate PC skills Excellent Customer Service Skills 3. Good verbal and written correspondence 4. Strong analytical skills Works independently Expertise to work in a high energy environment Prior Epic EMR background wanted Prior background working in a call center environment Multilingual preferred Intermediate Microsoft skills (ms excel and outlook) Effective Communicator Coachable Team member
