The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is an integral part of our internal talent acquisition team, responsible for sourcing and screening great talent. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will recruit utilize job boards and resume databases to find and source sales talent, conduct preliminary phone screens, and schedule further interviews, serving as each applicant's guide through the Guerrero interview process. Responsibilities Source and analyze resumes through platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed Maintain an active pipeline of talent, scheduling phone conversations and all interviews Screens applicants through phone conversations Showcases and represents Guerrero's employer brand to each applicant through both content and an in-depth knowledge of Guerrero Qualifications Background sourcing and screening applicants Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases Background using professional social networks (LinkedIn
