Position title: Inside Mortgage Loan Originator Regular/Temp: Regular Job overview: Scope/Purpose of the Position Responsible for various duties relating to the origination of all mortgage loan applications. Ensures that all mortgage loan policies, procedures, state laws, federal laws and regulations are being adhered to. Essential responsibilities and Key functions Production Origination of residential mortgage loans through our marketing platform. To call on leads provided through our inbound and outbound call center. Call on and expand existing network. Manage the loan process according to current legal and company guidelines and applicable federal, state and local regulations. Follow up with prospects regarding documents that were submitted for review, analyze credit reports, income documents, and conduct further research as required. Explain various loan products to customers. Provide a high-level of customer service to customer during the loan process. Must be able to make outbound calls.
