Senior Lead Business Banking OfficerPrimary duties - Reviews and presents loan presentations to manager, offers review of loan documents, and provides closing review of all other associated loan documentation and closing items. Prepares management reports as required. Safeguards electronic loan files are properly documented and preserved. Correctly structures and successfully negotiates loan transactions with clients and prospects within accepted risk tolerance levels. Cross-sells all bank loan, deposit, treasury management and electronic products as appropriate to client needs. Obtains, previews, and conducts preliminary viability analysis on loan applications and associated documents. Safeguards that applications are whole as to core qualifications and all other initial items have been received or requested prior to submission to underwriting.
