Estimator/Project Manager - (Downingtown, PA)

Estimator/Project Manager B&J Excavating Inc is seeking a motivated self-starter to join their estimating department. We are a site construction company headquartered in Downingtown, PA. We perform all facets of site development for commercial, industrial and residential projects. Projects range in size from $200K to $20+ Mill. About the position: Selected applicant will be responsible for performing day to day operations in the estimating department. This would include procuring work to bid, bidding projects, negotiating contracts and change orders with owners/clients and project management of projects awarded. Coordinating with accounting department on invoicing from subcontractors and vendors. Issuing and/or reviewing subcontracts and PO's. Coordinating with field personnel on awarded projects. Applicants should meet the following criteria: Min of 6+ years estimating background Good management skills (looking for someone extremely detail oriented)
