Job Deliverables: Operate and maintain machinery in a safe and productive manner. Practice clear and concise communication with team to achieve optimal productivity. Maintain positive relationships with tooling vendors on ways to improve tool life and cut quality Job responsibilities: Plan machining schedule by studying work orders, blueprints, materials and specifications. Program beam saw, edge bander and CNC by entering instructions, including zero and reference points; setting tool registers, offsets, compensation and conditional switches; calculating qualifications, including basic math and geometry; proving part programs. Set-up beam saw, edge bander, CNC and other equipment.
