HVAC Technician II - (Little Rock, AR)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Scheduled jobs require the following: Check in with Building Management office daily to receive a list of scheduled jobs. Check in after the completion of each job and at the end of each work day. Daily, secure parts and tools required for scheduled assignments. Completion of required forms related to jobs, during and/or at the end of each task. Daily time management for completing scheduled jobs. Call in repairs to the Building Services Coordinator, provide necessary details to receive a quote for repair, and complete the appropriate quote forms, as required. Record time required to complete each task on the weekly time sheet. Submit completed paperwork, in sequential order, weekly. Input data into Spiceworks, as required. Ensure all vendor packing slips or invoices for each job are secured to the related job forms. Ensure all materials used for each task are listed properly on the company provided forms.
