Office Assistant / Cashier - (Stephens City, VA)
PURPOSE OF POSITION: To perform administrative and bookkeeping duties for District Manager and retail stores as assigned. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: 1. Handle incoming telephone calls, incoming mail and forward to appropriate individual. 2. Prepare correspondence, reports and presentations for District Manager. 3. Establish and maintain files for each store location. 4. Perform all bookkeeping for assigned stores via remote connection. 5. Use initiative and logic to operate independently without supervision. 6. Assist assigned locations with Farm Plan files and reports needed for daily operation 7. Process Purchase Orders , Receiving, Invoicing, and Billing on order placed for direct farm delivery. 8. Handle complaint calls and direct details to appropriate individuals 9. Able to meet daily deadlines and work with frequent interruptions. 10. Assist in special projects as needed..
