Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Kitchen & Bath Designer to join our team! You will provide clients with assistance of designs, drawings and product selections in addition to driving sales and supporting the companies growth.General Accountabilities: Excellent knowledge of cabinet designs and configurations, rev-a shelf, counter tops, tile and basic understanding of electrical and plumbing Stays current in industry product knowledge and trends Responsible for sales generation, lead follow-up, relationship building, and closing jobs Prepares designs for customers based upon customer selections and feedback using computer software Meets with clients in our design center to review designs, make product recommendations and selections Successfully process cabinetry projects from start to finish utilizing effective management skills and attention to detail Ensure accurate field measurements Ensures full customer satisfaction and maintains a friendly, helpful demeanor Keeps records of customer interactions
