As a Store Manager , you'll lead your store's operations, staffing, customer satisfaction, product quality, financial performance and team development with support from the District Manager and Franchise owner. Be a role model and a coach to instill our core values- "Customer are always a priority, everything else waits". Create a welcoming store environment and handle all tasks with energy and a sense of urgency. This is a "hands on" management position and you will lead by example performing all tasks expected of teammates. You will be working weekdays shifts as a single employee shift.
