City Rochester State Minnesota Telecommute No Department Research Job description Executes experimental studies in support of lab goals and grant commitments. Assists in the planning, design and modifications of experiments. Prepares tables/charts/graphs and assists in organizing data. Makes presentations in laboratory meeting and may contribute to writing of manuscripts. Maintains and cleans equipment and the facility; maintains and restocks supplies; and maintains computer database. Specific duties will include sample processing and shipment, PBMC isolation, antibody and cytokine ELISA, ELISPOT, flow cytometry, cell culture, and growth of various viruses. Attention to detail is essential while dealing with multiple tasks. Flexibility is important in adjusting to frequent changes in work volume. Requirements Requires a high-school diploma or GED. Additional requirements Coursework in mathematics and relevant sciences.
