Careers That Change Lives As Post-Market Quality Engineer, you will work closely with several departments (Product Development Engineering, Regulatory, Clinical, Concurrent Engineering, etc) who need Post-Market Quality Engineering support and data. The support provided regarding product performance helps us make decisions about the product design and process. The QE monitors product performance providing data to support decisions regarding the safety and effectiveness of our products. You will conduct investigations based on post-market trends that will help drive design and use improvements. You will help drive and support internal process improvements that ensure Medtronic Spinal and Biologics continues compliance to the requirements of the FDA, EU MDR, and other regulatory bodies. There are many changes; design, process, supplier requested, and etc, that need to be reviewed to ensure they do not have a negative impact to the customer.
