Job summary The Telecommunications Associate Service Advisor is assigned to front end position, such as a Services Desk, where they develop their skills in providing solutions for Telecommunications Requesters. In addition to this assignment, they will also be expected to fulfill various administrative tasks that will familiarize them with Mayo Telecommunications processes and practices as well as expose them to the cultural aspects of Telecommunications in the Mayo Clinic environment. In the capacity of assignment to the Services Desk, the Associate Service Advisor will be assigned hours in order to ensure coverage of the Services Desk during Mayo Clinic business hours.
