Hiring Helpdesk Analyst - Multiple Positions for Multiple Locations in Upstate NY APPLY IMMEDIATELY Duration: twelve months + contract (High Visibility of conversion into FTE during contract period) Multiple Location Options in Upstate NY - Buffalo / Utica / Fredonia / Watertown / Knowsville / Syracuse Work Hours: Deskside support operates Monday-Friday - 7:00am - 4:00pm EST PS - Need to have a valid driver's license and access to a car for moving between Client's office locations within 30 minutes commuting radius (Expenses will be paid) Key Skills: Desk-side support, Customer Service, Windows & IOS platform support, Active Directory, Outstanding communication abilities Responsibilities: * To work tickets from the field on IT incidents being raised via the FFHD (Field Force Help Desk) and provide the next onsite support. * Utilizing the Service Now tool to manage incident tickets to resolution.
