Part-Time Teller - (Fenton, MI)
SUMMARY The foremost responsibility of a Customer Service Representative is to complete all customer transactions in a fast, accurate and courteous manner, including cross selling and referring business to other areas of the bank as applicable, with an emphasis on quality Customer Service. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND Assignments include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Performs various financial transactions for customers within established guidelines for quality and accuracy. Cross-sells other products and services whenever possible and refers business to other areas of the Bank. Acts as a supervisor on Saturday's (some CSR's may be given this duty). Provides safe deposit box entry Orders supplies (some CSR's may be given this duty). Completes sales and referral as directed by the Personal Performance Plan Follow Teller Cash Control as directed by Balancing Cash Procedures. Participates in the sales team culture within the community office, including achieving individual sales goals.
