Tandem/Neal Associates is recruiting for the following Position: Controller / Finance Manager - Global Supply Chain Operations Location: Indiana - East Central(commutable from Richmond, Cambridge City, New Castle, Greenfield, Connersville, Shelbyville, Knightstown, Hagerstown, Batesville, Eaton OH, Oxford, OH, etc.) Description: Serving as a leader and business partner, the Controller / Finance Manager will be responsible for supply chain metrics across the organization - sales + manufacturing operations. Requirements:Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA and/or CPA highly desired4+ years of accounting/finance background with supply chain metrics (inventory, costing, fixed assets, closings, etc.)Must have strong skills with ERP systems and MS ExcelNeed a proven leader with strong interpersonal and communication expertise Salary will be commensurate with education/background. Target salary will be $90K+ plus bonus.
