Ensures adequate level of internal controls over B&A financial processes and reporting. Works with the Finance division to continuously improve existing processes to record, analyze and report financial details to B&A and Enterprise management. Participates as a subject matter expert in divisional and cross-divisional projects. Participates in training and development of B&A Finance staff.
