Welder - (Gahanna, OH)

Welder second shift 3:30 pm - 2:00am M-Thur East Columbus Position duties TIG AND MIG welding background; Min of 2 yrs. Proven proficiency and proven work experience in both TIG + MIG welding with a variety of metals; particularly Stainless down to twenty ga. ( Average ga is 14-16.) and some Aluminum. Background with Modular Fixturing - 1 yr. min Weld test / print test and interview required. Proven expertise to read and interpret drawings and weld symbols. Willing and able to grind and polish, stud and spot weld as required. EDUCATION: High-school or equivalent // Formal Welding school training Familiarity with ISO procedures /quality standards is beneficial. Independence is necessary - as is the expertise to work as a part of a team. Standing, Sitting, Reaching, Bending, Stretching, Lifting to 75lbs. Pushing, Pulling, Fine tactical skills necessary. Prefer applicants live in Columbus or surrounding cities. Must have your own helmet and tools. Familiarity with ISO helpful.
