Job Description Position Statement: Maintenance Technician II/Guest Service Engineer: To maintain the guestrooms, public space and back of the house areas in good repair to ensure an attractive and well-maintained property with primary focus on guest relations and problem resolution. These assignments relate to a variety of trades that include but are not limited to basic appliance, electrical and air-conditioning controls; intermediate carpentry, plumbing, painting, wall covering, screen repair, masonry, drywall repair and texturing.
