Beverly Hills office of our client, a Chambers ranked law firm, is actively seeking associates to join our Trademark and Copyright Group. The applicant should have 4+ years of direct trademark background, plus a background in software engineering. Must preferably have background in trademark and copyright disputes in online and digital media and investigations and enforcement against infringement by parties operating outside the United States. Should have background in conducting online investigations, notice and takedown procedures, and online rights protection mechanisms such as the DMCA, the UDRP and/or other domain name dispute resolution mechanisms. Also have a solid technical background and the expertise to quickly learn new technology. Should have background in 1 or more of the following areas: software application development, API development, computer engineering, Internet applications, object-oriented programming.
