CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES: Quickly learn menus, set-up, presentation, ingredients and preparation methods for hot and cold food items. Perform pre-service activities to ensure readiness and organization within assigned station. Organize and fulfill special orders as requested by guests whenever possible. Bus, clear and clean seating areas as needed. Greet, acknowledge and welcome each and every guest who enters the dining room.
