Emission Measurement Field Technician 119 - (Bear, DE)

Job Location: Newark, DE Applicant will serve as an Emission Measurement Technician in Newark, DE. Duties will involve support of emission testing programs, equipment calibration and maintenance, vehicle maintenance, field sampling, data collection, data reduction, and equipment transport. Good written and spoken communication expertise are required as well as background in the environmental sampling and or emission measurement field. Applicant will report to a project manager located in Newark, DE. Skills & Background: BS in a science related position preferred Previous emission measurement background wanted Knowledge of 40 CFR 60 and 40 CFR 75 emission test methods Extensive field work and regional travel with possible overnight travel (80% regional) Expertise to lift/hoist 50 pounds, work on elevated platforms >100 ft - have no fear of heights and be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions Expertise to perform work on multiple projects and manage multiple tasks
