General Duties: Independently provide customer service by responding to and documenting telephone and/or written inquiries; including more difficult or complex inquiries. Meet with participants to answer questions and resolve claims and/or eligibility issues. Request check tracers and stop payments, and assist with researching and preparing appeals, as applicable. Perform administrative and clerical tasks.
