Member Advocate - (Billings, MT)

EBMS, 1 of the nation's premier industry leaders in health risk management and 3rd party administration of self-funded health plans, is seeking a Member Advocate to join our team. This position assists customers with questions and complaints regarding claims and benefits and facilitates appropriate resolution. This position proactively reaches out to customers and coordinates the resources available to help them navigate their healthcare benefits. This position facilitates resolution to internal and external customers' inquiries and complaints.
