Position Primary Function: The utility plumber performs skilled plumbing work in the Installation, maintenance and repair of water mains, pipes, sewer, meters, fire lines, fire hydrants and hydrant leads.-- The position necessitates responsibility for carrying out and explaining existing policies and methods relative to installation and maintenance activities and maintaining records and reports of repairs and services rendered.
