Service Manager - Property Maintenance - (Holland, MI)

Summary Under the direction of the Community Manager, the Service Manager maintains the property in a high quality condition, provides excellent customer service, maintain required records/logs, supervises preparation of move-ins and operates within approved budget. Category Non-exempt Hourly Hours Typical range of hours is based on the community needs and may require weekends and after hour emergency services. Workdays may be adjusted based on community needs. Full-time: 5 days per week, eight hours per day. (Min of 32 hours, average 40 hours). Knowledge / Skills / Expertise Hands-on current understanding of typical apartment maintenance tasks is required. Must possess leadership skills and expertise to deal effectively with customers. Must have basic knowledge of HVAC and become CFC certified within 90 days of employment.
