Lead Behavioral Health Tech - Brevard County - (Cocoa, FL)

As Lead Behavioral Health Tech at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose will be to provide a multitude of key functions in order to engage clients in adventure based activities related to therapeutic model at residential program. These functions include - planning group adventure activities and expeditions, obtaining required training in experiential therapy that meet the minimum requirements, completing training in client assessment intake process, working a flexible work schedule to include nights and weekends, creating new trips and utilizing new locations based on recommendations from Program Manager, training other specialists in adventure therapy, maintaining courses and equipment, ensuring safety of clients, program and public while off site, documenting client behavior and monitoring clients issuing urine samples for laboratory testing and ensure the proper chain of custody.
