Early Head Start Infant/Toddler Teacher (multiple openings) TEMPORARY/PART-TIME - (Indianola, MS)

JOB PURPOSE -Reporting to the SCC Childcare Center Director, the teacher is responsible for providing educational, relational and social experiences for infants, toddlers and preschool children to foster growth and development in all developmental domains. The teacher will occasionally be required to travel to the various program sites and/or home visits. The individual may also be assigned to various classrooms/centers as deemed necessary for program operations and appropriate for the person's credentials. This teacher will also work as a part of the team to assist in activities in the area of the classroom with daily classroom management and other duties, as needed. GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Make routine decisions around day to day execution of job. Organize self and manage time to get things done. Judgment is restricted to following established policies, procedures and processes for routine tasks. Keep manager informed of important issues.
