IM Software Engineer Manager - (Bloomfield, CT)

Interface with the business to understand the business need and translate these concepts to technical direction. Lead the design and maintain solutions in conformance with enterprise standards, architecture, and technologies. Provide technical ability through a hands-on approach, developing solutions that automate testing between systems. Accountable for delivery of business functionality. Recommend and enforce policies for the source-code control system (GIT) and the teams use thereof. Perform peer code reviews, merge requests and production releases. Implement design/functionality using Agile principles. Requires a Masters degree in Computer Science or a related position and at least two years of background in a Business Intelligence or analytics development role working on a variety of large-scale projects in the Healthcare Informatics domain (or a Bachelors degree & five years of background).
