Software engineering Manager - Trustech, Inc. Our client located in the Lehi area has been experiencing some tremendous growth (40-60% year over year) and are still continuing their growth trajectory. Although they're a big company, they've been able to hold onto their identity as a family-oriented business. They are in need of a Software engineering Manager to join their team. The Software engineering Manager will lead a team of about 10-15 Software Engineers. This is an exciting opportunity for a player/coach who is able to make a strong technical contribution in software engineering and enjoys leading the efforts of others. You’ll be focused on delivering value to the business and bring a relentless passion for improving processes. This leadership role requires, preferably, at least 8 yrs of related technical background in software engineering, with at least three of them in a management/leadership role.
